u cheer nails spa

Went today, 1/15/26, to get my acrylics soaked off. The woman (idk if she is the owner or employee but I am assuming owner) dat me at the table closest to the register and asked me again what I wanted. I told her I would like my acrylic nails soaked off. Instead of soaking them off, she decided to cut and pull them with a cuticle cutter and was also trying to pop them off using a MTA card! She stopped after I pulled my right hand back (multiple times) and exclaimed in pain, i was thinking the pain was caused from my nails being thinner under the acrylic. She looked at my nail beds, stopped and started speaking about something with the other person working, after the fact I realize it was most likely about the damage she caused. She filed the acrylic off my other hand and left them both full of nail dust when I was done. It was only after I had left that I noticed the nail bed on my thumb and middle finger were really, really hurting, I knew they would be a little sensitive after having the acrylic removed but this was extremely painful. When I looked I had noticed she had completely split my natural nail (vertically down the entire nail bed), lifting the one side and causing so much pain on both fingers. I asked for a soak off, not a pop off because of the known damage it causes. Working in a nail salon she should absolutely know and never to that to anyone. She knew what she did, said nothing and tried to hide it. This is significant damage she caused to 2 nail beds, it’s going to take a while to heal and grow out and I am hoping during that time they don’t get infected. Not many nail salons in the area offer acrylic anymore, and I most definitely will never be returning to this salon. I truly wish I could leave 0 stars.

I got my lashes done and the next day a lot of the lashes fell out. So I called and went back and she added more lashes. 5 days later majority of the lashes fell off. I called to get it filled and they said she’s on vacation for a couple of weeks. I paid $150 for lashes that didn’t last for a week. Although, she also had sniffles and kept swallowing after she cleared her nose. Yes I wanted to come back and pay $80 for fill in. 150 is the price and 20% discount for first time. Technically the price is $150, if I come back with out extension. It has been 2 weeks not 3 weeks.

On April 20, 2024 I came here for a pedicure and the worker messed up my toes so bad that I cried. First of all, they charge $5 removal for gel and they DONT SOAK! They drill the polish off. The lady ended up drilling too much and made my nails paper thin. I was sitting back in my chair and expected at least some DECENCY, because I had been to this salon before once or twice. Never would I have ever expected a horrible pedicure job. I’m talking about TERRIBLE, the regular white polish was lumpy and couldn’t even dry correctly. Slanted and uneven nails from the big toes to the smallest. Callus was still visible and rough. And to top it all off, what had me furious to the point of tears, I see two vertical splits on my left toe, one on my right. I couldn’t believe that she finished my pedicure and my toes looked the way they did. After crying and explaining how horrible of a job she’s done, the boss and the lady who did my nails start talking in their language. The boss tells me she’ll take $5 off. Just $5?!? This place is money hungry and doesn’t care about your feet. The boss offered to fix my feet but I literally had to rush out of there to attend a dinner where I was SUPPOSED to wear open toed shoes. I ended up switching my outfit and left out of there completely dissatisfied. I will never go back, and I don’t even trust the boss’s efforts to fix what her employee did to my feet. I still can’t believe til this day how terrible of a pedicure I received. This place deserves 0 stars and I advise everyone that comes across this place to please read reviews. Beware of the employee that sits at the first chair for pedicures. This place truly does not care about you and only cares about MONEY because how are you even okay with finishing my feet looking the way they did? A complete nightmare!!!
